This role is accountable for supporting Production in all L2L Functions. They will be responsible for ensuring data is being collected in L2L, in all areas by Work Cell Leads and Line Managers. They will drive daily 5S and workplace organization activities and help Production surface problems and create/implement Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements. They will assist the Senior Production Manager and Production Managers in the creation and development of programs for onboarding new and temporary employees, Work Cell lead training, Manager training and development, and Mentorship programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Manage documents and training for production teams and management via L2L software* Ensure data is collected correctly in all area’s for accurate reporting using L2L software* Work with Process Engineers and Quality to update and create SOP’s and WI’s (Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions) in L2L as required* Work with Process Engineers and Quality, to ensure correct data is being collected via L2L* Work with Process Engineers and Quality, on methods to validate quality in process* Ensure all employees and temporary employees are set up in L2L with a username, password, and the correct credentials* Ensure all employees are set up in the skills module and training is being tracked and performed* Provide data, reports, and graphs via L2L as required* Work side by side with Production Managers, Line Managers and Work Cell Leads to ensure standard work processes are being followed, L2L is utilized to its capacity, 5S and workplace organization activities are being driven, and manager/employee training/mentoring is being performed.* Assists in creating new and supporting current Production systems, policies, skills and procedures* Assists with training departments within Purple on all aspects of L2L.
