You”ll have the security of a larger organization but you”ll move at startup speed.nn nn Summary nn nnThe Member Care Specialist is responsible for supporting and resolving all issues and concerns to our AAA House Manager Members with exemplary customer service and professionalism.

The key responsibilities are responding to Member questions and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods to maintains a high level of member satisfaction levels, research and resolve complex and sensitive Member issues in order to ensure timely complaint resolution, and to provides reporting and other data as needed by supervisor and department.nn nn Essential Functions nn nnResponds to Member questions and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods to maintains a high level of member satisfaction levelsnn nnResearches and resolves complex and sensitive Member issues in order to ensure timely complaint resolutionnn nnSpecial projects as necessarynn nnProvides reporting and other data as needed by supervisor and departmentnn nn Knowledge/Skills/Abilities nn nnAchieve desired Member satisfaction goalsnn nnAssist with inbound Member phone calls, emails, etc.nn nnProvide a member experience in line with AAA valuesnn nn Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification nn nnHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)nn nn1-2 years of experience in a Member service related field (Required)nn nnBilingual Communication Skills (Preferred)nn nnProven ability to develop rapport via phone interactions (Preferred)nn nn#A3nn n nnby Jobblenn
