Join with us as we add to our team of exceptional individuals who will help us take over the world – one mattress at a time.Position SummaryThe Sales Operations and CRM Administrator is responsible for working closely with the sales leadership team on improving processes, optimizing resources, and analyzing complex data sets. This position is largely responsible for administrative ownership over our sales CRM application and sales dashboard reporting. Additionally, the position has a shared responsibility with the entire leadership team to ensure sales targets are achieved, and that customer interactions are in line with department quality standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.* Own administrative functions of all sales tools, including user accounts/roles, reports, dashboards, and workflows.* Actively work with the Purple user community to identify new opportunities and resolve sales system issues (front-line, leadership, and cross-functional groups).* Identify CRM user-enhancements and opportunities that will improve overall sales.* Measure results of key campaigns and initiatives and deliver in easy-to-read reports.* Understand customer needs and make recommendations based on data.* Partner with cross-functional teams (Systems, Data Analytics, Workforce Management, and Project Management).* Liaison and with front-line users, sales vendors, and key internal teams.* Track sales/marketing campaign KPIs and provides statistical and performance insights and recommendations.* Maintain and improve internal sales reporting tools.* Identify, track, and drive initiatives related to development updates/changes and data requests.* Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects (as needed).* Establishes work procedures and processes that support the company and department standards, procedures and strategic directives.* Emphasis on identifying opportunities to increase traffic, strengthen average order values, and improve conversion rates.* Provides recommendations and plan on achieving monthly/annual sales targets.* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.* Document all department processes and procedures and work with content management on keeping these items updated.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS* BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience and training)* 3+ years contact center experience (preferably in a sales environment)* Deep experience with data, reporting, and analytics* Previous experience supporting a sales CRM application/platform (e.g., Zendesk Sell, Salesforce, etc…).KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS* To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.* Proficient with critical thinking and the ability to analyze complex data sets.* Advanced planning and project management skills.* Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read, analyze and interpret documents; ability to respond effectively to all inquiries; ability to write using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; ability to effectively present information in meetings.* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.* Computer Skills: High computer literacy. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.* Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately.* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.* Ability to work independently on projects and as a member of a team.* Ability to multi-task and organize and prioritize workload.* Ability to lead, motivate, and gain “followership.”* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.* Ability to be flexible to meet the growing demands of the business.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
