National Sales Executive


This is a Contract position in Kaysville, UT posted April 30, 2021.

We are looking to grow our team by adding a National Sales Manager, an entrepreneurial self-starter. They will work hard to contribute their talents to help us achieve our sales and growth

goals as an organization. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive

attitude, possess excellent communication skills. You must have a willingness to learn new skills

and be proficient with Microsoft software applications. This applicant must have a proven track

record in SMB and enterprise-level sales. In this position, you need to identify and develop new

business prospects from multiple sources, including marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery,

and individual research. You are also expected to:

  • Develop a sales pipeline via prospecting and following up by introducing OptConnect IoT
  • and cellular managed services. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Qualifying and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Generating new sales leads by initiating outbound calls, answering inbound calls.
  • Qualify and identify key buying influencer within these prospects.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline based on productivity and sales pipeline goals.
  • Ensure all communication is logged, information is accurate, and ongoing information is kept up to date.
  • Be willing to enter orders, lead data, customer interactions and opportunities into a CRM.
  • Clearly create, demonstrate, communicate, and present to C-level prospects.
  • Create and present proposals and contracts.
  • Help organize, attend, and follow up on the various market and industry-relevant trade shows and conferences.
  • Close on opportunities in the sales pipeline and assist with on-boarding of new customers
  • Build and manage the ongoing relationship with existing customers and solicit additional

orders, training, inform of new products, renegotiate pricing, navigate contract

renegotiation, and resolve disputes.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of technical/electronics/IoT/M2M sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% – 75% of time throughout North America
  • Both SMB and enterprise-level sales experience
