We are in search of a hungry, experienced and talented Business Development Representative to join our growing team to work out of our Salt Lake City office.

The BDR role involves your passion and enthusiasm to activity hunt new sales prospects.

This is accomplished primarily through outbound calling e-mail efforts to warm leads and nurturing existing contacts in our marketing funnel.

If you see customer engagement as a driving force behind organizational success, you could be the perfect fit to grow with our successful and expanding SaaS company.What You’ll Do:Make strategic outbound phone calls and send targeted emails dailyFocus on qualifying new sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads, social media and emailAcquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, web searches and other sources and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in SalesforceAs the first point of contact, help increase prospects interest through discovery and education and qualify the lead to create sales-ready opportunitiesDeliver on performance-based activities and metrics to achieve BDR production goalsResearch and identify new lead opportunities to drive business growthProvide regular, accurate forecasts and updated lead status within SalesforceTimely and accurate pre-qualification, scoring and routing of all incoming leadsHow You’ll Be Successful:Collaborate with the sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos or handle deal qualification including first demos and needs analysisAchieve daily, weekly and monthly quotas of activity volume, pre-qualified appointments scheduled and held, new opportunities created, and newly generated pipelineBeing resourceful and using common sense with a tenacity to winEngage and communicate with prospects in an optimistic and approachable wayUnderstanding of both general corporate structure and decision-making dynamicsSelf-starter, highly motivated and contributing to a fun and positive work atmosphereCreative thinker and problem solver and comfortable working at a fast paceDriven and welcome to constructive feedback to improve your skillsWhat You Need:2+ years of industry BDR experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS inside selling environmentBachelor’s degree preferredExperienced hands-on use of Salesforce, and either Pardot or HubSpotFearless and enthusiastic to make a high volume of outbound callsCustomer-oriented with a genuine desire to be of service and willingness to assist othersPrior success calling on company executives in an extremely competitive marketplaceComfortable talking with prospects (internal/external) customers building relationships and monetizing themEmotional Intelligence
– Ability to read emotional cues, comprehend a customer’s needs, and navigate a conversation
