We provide end-to-end medical transportation as well as fire services, integrated healthcare solutions and disaster response.JOB SUMMARYThe Records Specialist will perform their duties and responsibilities as listed below in support of the company’s Part 135 Air Carrier Certificates.

They will be expected to possess the experience and knowledge listed in the Minimum Qualification section below to ensure that in the execution of their duties the documentation of maintenance and alterations performed by company personnel and vendors on company aircraft are performed in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual and in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

The Records Specialist will report directly to the Airworthiness Manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
• Responsible for the efficient and accurate collection, sorting, reviewing, analyzing, organizing, updating, filing and maintaining of all aircraft records documentation to include but not limited to; aircraft airframe/engine historical records, airframe/engine component historical records, aircraft logbooks, FAA form 337’s, ICA’s, AAIP inspection checklists, 8130-3 forms, parts tags and all other associated aircraft records documentation paperwork..

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate data entry of flight log information, maintenance actions, and FAA regulatory compliance items into aircraft maintenance technical records database in accordance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM).

• Updates, corrects and accurately maintains Aircraft Status Record (ASR) & Short Term Due List (STDL) in the technical database program; and the distribution of said reports to applicable personnel.

• Audits Aircraft Status Reports and Short Term Due Lists against the associated maintenance record entries in the aircraft logbooks, along with supporting return to service documentation, airframe/engine component historical records for errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies.

• Responsible to report any discovered discrepancies IAW the Airworthiness Department procedures, and assist with a resolution to those discrepancies.

• Receive packages, sorts and distributes maintenance paperwork for input into AMRG’s technical records Avtrak database computer system.

• Maintain aircraft records archives to include completed aircraft inspection checklists, completed depot work orders, alterations data files, and DMR logbooks.

• Communicates effectively with AMRG Field Technicians and Field Maintenance Supervisors to resolve issues of missing paperwork and correction of records errors.

• Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSExperience:
• 5 years’ experience working with aircraft maintenance and alterations documents.

• Experience maintaining aircraft maintenance records.

• Experience administering aircraft technical database programs such as CAMP, Flight Docs, AVTRAK, CESSCOM, RAMCO, and other aircraft records database programs.

• Education:
• Associates degree in a related field of study Skills:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

• Must possess excellent math skills, sound judgment and objectivity in decision-making.

• Ability to work in a team environment with an eagerness to contribute to the overall success of the Maintenance department and the Company.

• Possess a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels of an organization
• Must be proficient in a dynamic computerized working environment performing administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite programs, web-based maintenance management programs, and Enterprise Recourse Planning (ERP) systems.
