HRIS Analyst


This is a Contract position in Lehi, UT posted August 26, 2021.

Entrata’s HRIS Analyst is who we rely on to communicate employee-related trends to stakeholders and to maintain internal systems to empower our workforce. As part of the People team based in Lehi UT, this role requires the ability to turn big ideas into actionable items, ask the right questions, and to deliver data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities will include
  • Evaluate, recommend, implement and maintain internal systems related to HRCM, ATS, and other related employee experience software
  • Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to review and improve operations workflows and efficiencies, including acting as the departmental liaison between Technology and Talent functions
  • Maintain internal employee information and tables to ensure accurate reporting for People team and stakeholders
  • Responsible for analyzing trends and making recommendations to measure metrics tied to team and organizational goals
  • Empower employees and leadership with the training & communication they need to understand workflows and process changes; build strong working relationship with internal training team to support execution
  • Engage with People Partners & leadership to understand concerns and create data-driven solutions
  • Act as primary point of contact with external software vendors regarding system implementations, integrations, and improvements
  • Regularly conduct internal audits to maintain integrity of employee records & efficiencies of workflows; partner with People Administrators to ensure standards of operations are met
  • Support People team with documenting process, workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); prepare communications with internal training team to communicate to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional presence to all aspects of the business, both in written and verbal communication
  • Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft office products to share and collaborate with data
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
  • Experience maintaining data sets for continuous reporting
  • Knowledgeable of HR-related best practices
  • Critical thinking skills required to see different perspectives and possible outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extrapolate data to guide and advise.
  • Experience with process and operational improvements related to the employee-life cycle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable of HRIS and ATS software platforms
  • HRCI/SHRM certification, or equivalent business-data certification
