Administrative Project Coordinator (Part Time) – West Valley City, UT

This is a Full-time position in West Valley City, UT posted August 28, 2021.

This position is located in West Valley City, UT. The pay for this position starts at $17/HR and increases slightly, DOE. The position is part-time initially, 20 hours/week, and the hours increase on an as needed basis. Please apply and ATTACH an updated resume if you would like to be considered.

Responsibilities:

Use SAP to input expense reports.
Interface between project managers and engineers to obtain expense reports.
Coordinate customer engagement schedules for the engineering department.
Scan documents to pdf, email, and network.
Ensure that department computers are suitable to send out for use.
Manage logistics including travel arrangements, rental cars, and hotels for the engineering department.
Prepare, execute, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, emails, and faxes.
Prepare for meetings and coordinate with caterers/food delivery.
Technical knowledge of computing systems.
Review product information and determine if the BOM (bill of material) matches up.
